Terms
If for any reason you wish to return a product received from Custom Boxes Only, you can do so by following these steps:
- Ensure you have met the conditions at the bottom of this page, to confirm your eligibility.
- Contact us via support@customboxesonly.co.uk in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Return your product (including the packing slip or order confirmation) to the following Custom Boxes Only.
- Once we have received and verified your shipment, we will issue a full refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method
Conditions
Items can be returned for full credit (less shipping) within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:
- Due to the nature of the items, Custom/Made-To-Order items, machines, and other equipment are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless the item is defective. If you happen to receive a defective item, please notify us at support@customboxesonly.co.uk, so we can help serve you better.
- Returns must be in resalable condition, and preferably kept in the original packaging it was sold in, with your packaging slip or order confirmation.
